.209-1-16...appeared in 37 games with 29 coming in a starting role...started 28 games in right field and once at third base...began season by collecting a hit and driving in two runs in the opening game against Louisiana Tech...followed with going 3-for-4 with three RBI, before going 2-for-3 with an RBI in the finale...finished the weekend going 6-for-10 with six RBI while being named the Southland Conference Hitter of the Week...collected a pair of hits against then-No. 7 Nebraska...went 3-for-3, including hitting first career home run, and drove in three against Illinois...drove in a pair of runs in the series finale against Texas State...collected two hits, including a double, in the second game of the doubleheader against Nicholls...went 2-for-3 with a double in the series opener against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

Came to UTA after being named the Louisville Slugger Illinois State Player of the Year at Lockport High School...went 12-0 with a 0.83 ERA and two saves...struck out 113 batters in 84 innings...batted .580 at the plate...named the National High School Baseball Coaches Association District Player of the Year...earned Daily Southtown Player of the Year...member of the SICA All-Academic team.. named to the high school honor roll.
